Our Story

North Coast Egress is a veteran-owned company, installing egress windows since 2021 through our sister company, Pro Crawlspace Repair. We started this company because we saw a real need: homeowners across Northeast Ohio were forced to choose between overpriced companies owned by private equity and affordable windows installed by crews without structural expertise.

To be blunt, removing a large section of your load-bearing foundation wall is not a do-it-yourself project, and it is not something to figure out as you go. It is structural work, and it demands a structural crew.

Why Structural Expertise Matters

Every egress installation requires cutting an opening roughly four feet wide by four feet tall through the wall that holds up your house. If the structural support is wrong — a real risk with block foundations — the wall itself is compromised. If the drainage is wrong, the window well becomes a basin that funnels water straight into your basement.

We cut from the exterior using an electric saw, keeping dust and fumes outside where they belong. We pull permits in every municipality we serve, and an independent city inspector verifies the work before we call it done. That is our baseline, not an upgrade.
