Foster families do amazing work. You open your home — and your life — to kids who need one. We think that deserves more than a thank-you.
A substantial discount, because it matters
Certified foster families get a substantial discount on every egress window we install. No fine print, no expiration date, no hoops — if you are a certified foster family, you get the discount. Period.
Why foster homes need egress windows
To become certified — and to stay certified — every bedroom in a foster home must meet building code, including emergency escape. A room without a code-compliant egress window cannot be approved as a child’s bedroom, which can delay placement or limit how many children you can welcome.
What is included
- Code-compliant egress window with the proper clear opening
- Code-sized window well with gravel bed and drain tie-in
- Well cover for safety
- Fully weatherproof exterior trim package
- All permits pulled and inspections passed — documentation for your agency
- Backfill, final grading, and full cleanup
- Most installs finished in a single day
